Shipping & Delivery
We ship anywhere in the United States, including the U.S. Territory of Puerto Rico. Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed before being shipped. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day. All orders are shipped via UPS. To track your order at anytime, you'll be able to use your Tracking number. Performance Technic Inc also has very specific order fulfillment agreements with our top partners and may submit your online order to one of our affiliates for the shipment of your order (i.e. - drop shipped from supplier). If this is the case, our customer service team will still oversee the shipment from entry to ship day and be sure that your orders are being quickly and professionally executed by our product partners. To get a return authorization number, please contact Performance Technic Customer Service at (925) 426-1361, Tuesday through Friday 10AM - 5PM PST. Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment and packages must be unopened or installed. All returns are subject to 10% restocking fee.
